A Free Book Give Away?

You read that right! I am doing my first give-away on this blog. And to start things off, I am offering a free copy of Dave Ramsey’s latest book, EntreLeadership! If you have not read this book, you are in for a treat. Even if you have, you need to give a copy away to someone else you that needs to read it.

How Do You Win?

If you scroll down just a bit you will see the Rafflecopter entry form which outlines a bunch of ways to enter the EntreLeadership giveaway. Just complete as many as you would like to be entered to win?

Why Am I Doing This?

I started this blog in an effort to spread the message of integrating the Christian faith into our businesses. I want to see more Christian business owners and leaders begin looking at their businesses from an eternal perspective and running them as platforms for Christian ministry.

While I know my posts are written toward this effort, I thought I would try to step it up a notch for 2013. My plan is to give away one book a month for the entire year! All I am asking from you is to follow the Rafflecopter instructions below. As you enter, you will be helping me to spread the word about this blog at the same time. We both win!

This Month’s Book- EntreLeadership

When you started your business, did anyone teach you how to invest in your team? How to delegate so you could grow your company beyond you? Who taught you how to find the perfect hire or let people who weren’t a fit go with dignity? Leaders need answers to questions they don’t even know to ask. EntreLeadership provides the answers…and it does it from a Christian point of view!

  • The one thing I have learned having been a student and a teacher in my lifetime is this: Learning without application is not learning. Personal growth should be the goal of learning. In fact, I realized this fact as teacher, as well. I failed my students unless they could become self-learners and developed the desire to share with others what they have learned. Therefore, this idea is great and will reveal those who are true followers, because like the disciples they too will be come leaders and inspire others.

    • Application is the key in so many areas, isn’t it?!? Thanks Coach!

  • Anna

I am wanting to read Christian leadership books to help me grow personally. And help me to be a great leader for my team God’s way.

  • After 20 years in business, I recently committed to using my business as a ministry. As I’ve studied several books like “Leading by the Book” and “Running your business by the Book”, I’ve realized that there are a lot of things that I need to unlearn. I’ve operated from a worldview for almost 20 years and now it’s time to correct that view. I’m searching for any and all books that will help me with that endeavor.

    • Very good reason, Tiffany! It is not easy to unlearn, but you can do it if you keep at it!

  • One year ago, my idea of anything related to finances was “Great for others; not for me.” My idea of entrepreneurship was “Great for others, not for me – did it, failed and afraid to do it again.” One FPU class later and one EntreLeadership seminar has taken me in a whole new career path. WOW is all I can say.

    • Thanks Emery. Dave Ramsey just has a way of communicating that many of us can identify with, doesn’t he?

      • Yes! Where hope for a dream had all but dried up, he helped me see a new strategy. Ironically, it is centered in a place of my greatest doubts and fears. Sounds like GOD is up to something. So grateful for men who share their testimonies with others so we can be encouraged. Keep up the good work!

Everything either rises or falls on leadership and leaders are readers. Certain this book will help to continue to shape this lifelong journey of learning how to influence others for an eternal impact.

  • This is a great book! I would love the chance to share it with someone!
